Please include ANY AND ALL income! Example: Social Security, disability, W2, 1099, Child support, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Contact your Sales Associate for information on the home.\n<ol>\n<li>Purchase Price can be found on our listing. If it is a new home and you are wanting to add central air, add $3,750 to the purchase price<\/li>\n<li>Sales Tax will be $0.00 \u2013 This is included in the purchase price<\/li>\n<li>Lot Rent: $460\/Double Wide &amp; Corner Lot | $435\/Single Wide<\/li>\n<li>Down Payment: This is up to the buyer, but the MINIMUM will be 5% on all purchases. You can calculate this by taking the purchase price x .05\n<ol>\n<li>Ex: $55,000 Purchase Price x .05 = $2,750 Down Payment<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Once all sections are filled out, it will automatically submit to TRIAD and your sales associate will get an email with the approval or denial within 1-5 Business days.<\/li>\n<li>If you are approved \u2013 your sales associate and TRIAD will contact you with next steps.
