Applying for Financing

 

Please do not apply for financing until you have an approved application with Greenbriar. This ensures you will be approved for the park itself.

    1. This is a secure link only for Maple Hill Sales and its clients
  2. Fill out the application to the best of your ability. Please include ANY AND ALL income! Example: Social Security, disability, W2, 1099, Child support, etc.
  3. Contact your Sales Associate for information on the home.
    1. Purchase Price can be found on our listing. If it is a new home and you are wanting to add central air, add $3,750 to the purchase price
    2. Sales Tax will be $0.00 – This is included in the purchase price
    3. Lot Rent: $440/Double Wide & Corner Lot | $415/Single Wide
    4. Down Payment: This is up to the buyer, but the MINIMUM will be 5% on all purchases. You can calculate this by taking the purchase price x .05
      1. Ex: $55,000 Purchase Price x .05 = $2,750 Down Payment
    5. Once all sections are filled out, it will automatically submit to TRIAD and your sales associate will get an email with the approval or denial within 1-5 Business days.
    6. If you are approved – your sales associate and TRIAD will contact you with next steps. Feel free to start gathering documents we will need to process the loan: ID(s), Signed Social Security Card(s), 60 day bank statements from the account your down payment is sourced from, the last 2 years of W2 of 1099 income, award letters for social security, disability, child support, etc. and your last 2 check stubs.
